The Staff Accountant provides support for the day-to-day processing of accounting transactions within the company’s accounting group; ensuring that policies and procedures are followed to achieve accurate and timely processing for payables and recording of received financial data. Staff Accountant complies and maintains records and provides necessary reports to ensure correct and compliant asset and expense management. The position oversees Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and interacts with Payroll and Human Resources to ensure seamless integration of renewals, reporting, certifications, etc. The position serves as a critical role in the company’s success. Is a critical thinker and team player supporting the Controller in making sure that GAAP Principals are followed, and information that we provide is accurate and reliable as it pertains to Job Costing and Budgets.
